By accessing or using our website, services, applications, products, and content (including but not limited to the Platform) (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read this policy and understand your rights regarding your information, as well as how we collect, use, and process it. If you disagree with this policy in general or any part of it, please refrain from using our Services. Any capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

1. The types of information we collect
We may collect and use the following information about you:
Information you give us. When you register for and/or use the Platform, you provide us with information about yourself, which may include your name, birth date, gender, social media login details, telephone number (if you register with your phone number), photograph, and language preference. This category also encompasses your profile, comments you make on our Platform (including any Virtual Items you contribute to user-generated content), and account details. These details may include your Apple, Google, or any other third-party payment channel account information when necessary for payment purposes. Additionally, it covers user-generated content, photographs, and other content that you choose to upload on our Platform.
Information you choose to share from your social networks. If you decide to connect your social network or public forum account (such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram) to the Platform, you will provide us with information or grant permission for your social network to provide us with information from your accounts. This data will include details about your use of the Platform on those public forums and/or social networks. For more information on how and why the social network provider processes your data, please refer to the respective privacy policies of these social network providers.
Technical Information we collect about you. When you use the Platform, we gather specific information from you automatically. This includes your IP address, location-related data (as explained below), unique device identifiers, browsing history (including the content you have viewed within the Platform), mobile carrier information, time zone setting, mobile or device details (such as device model), screen resolution, operating system, platform, and information about your usage of the Platform.
Behavioural information we collect about you: We also gather information pertaining to your usage of the Services, such as your comments on our Platform, any user-generated content, and the content you create and upload on our Platform. Additionally, we connect your subscriber information with your activities on our Platform across all your devices using your phone number or social media login details. We collect engagement scores (such as "likes," comments, and repeated views) and identify related users based on your behavior. Finally, we collect opt-ins and communication preferences.
Location data. When you use the Platform on a mobile device, we may gather information about your location. If you provide your consent, we may also collect Global Positioning System (GPS) data and mobile device location information. Please note that the GPS data is solely utilized to verify your city, and only the city information will be transmitted to the server.

Showing you content similar to what you have liked or interacted with (through comments and/or views), content from your region, and content from users you follow.
Enabling the functioning of our messenger service, with the option for you to delete relevant information using the clear cache function in the Platform's settings.
Assisting in detecting abuse, fraud, and illegal activity on the Platform.
Notifying you about changes to our Services and communicating with you.

4.How we share your information

Regarding the processing of your personal information, you will have the following rights:
(1) You have the option to request the deletion of your account data. Once the account data is deleted, your personal homepage, photos, and other added content will be permanently removed. Please note that any previously added content cannot be retrieved, and your account cannot be reactivated.
To permanently delete your account data, please follow these steps:

b. Include your SeaU ID in the email content.
c. We will respond to verify your identity. Once your identity is confirmed, we will proceed to delete all of your account data as requested.
d. We will reply and handle the request within three working days.
(2) If you prefer not to delete all content, you can apply to suspend the use of your SeaU account. Here's how to apply:
a. Send an email to [email protected] titled "Apply for Account Suspension."
b. Include your SeaU ID in the email content.
c. We will respond to confirm your identity. Once your identity is verified, we will proceed to suspend the use of your account as per your request.
d. We will reply and handle the request within three working days.
(3) You can request the transfer of your personal information. You have the right to receive or request your personal data in a structured, universally readable format, or request us to transfer your personal data to other data controllers.
(4) You can request the restriction or objection to the processing of your personal information. Under certain circumstances, in addition to storage purposes, you have the right to request the restriction or objection to our processing of your personal information. We will assess your request for restriction or objection, taking into account legitimate reasons according to data protection laws (e.g., legal obligations, protection of others' rights, or legitimate interests).

6.The security of your information

However, it's important to note that transmitting information over the internet is not entirely secure. Please be aware that the Platform does not have access to your account information for Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Communication with these third-party platforms is done via specific encrypted tokens. Additionally, if you registered with a phone number, you are the only user who can view it on the Platform.
It's important to understand that your profile is public by default, and any content you post can be seen by anyone on the Platform. However, you have the option to select "Friends" (only your friends can view) or "Private" (only yourself can view) for increased privacy. Please note that other users, as well as third parties like search engines and content aggregators, may also access or share your posted content.
We recommend enabling the "Need approval to be my friend" setting in the "Privacy" settings for added control over who can connect with you on the Platform.
7.How long we keep your information
We determine the retention period for your information based on the following criteria:
Our contractual obligations and rights regarding the specific information involved.
Legal obligations imposed by applicable laws and regulations, which may require us to retain data for a certain period of time.
The statute of limitations as defined by relevant laws.
Our legitimate business purposes for retaining the information.
The need to address and resolve any disputes or potential disputes.
Upon termination of your use of our Services, we may retain your information in an aggregated and anonymized format. However, we may also retain any personal information as reasonably necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, facilitate the resolution and litigation of disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13.
